Since 1992 she practices consulting and training (development of soft skills, motivation and sales) recorded more than 50,000 hours of training and inter/ intra organizational. For 15 years she held parallel commercial activity in multinational companies such as Rhône Poulenc, Dyrup and Cecil in industrial chemistry. Cooperates on the continent and islands with the most prestigious institutions of vocational training. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Work Psychology, Postgraduate in Organizational Behavior.

PhD student in social psychology, performing research on the impact of vocational training in Portuguese SME's from the University of Santiago de Compostela.
